After a 2 hour drive to flagstaff a burger was the best idea to satisfy our hunger. I had the Texas burger with blue cheese... sooooo good! It came on Texas toast and the blue cheese added the perfect flavor. They have different burger options as well as hot dogs. Family and kid friendly. Service was great. You order up front and then wait for your number to be called.

A little dated decor but we loved it. It's what I like in a bar. Super nice bartenders, a good local crowd, good burger, well priced. Had a great time and if I lived closer I would go a lot!

The updates here make the experience different. There are pros and cons to progress, but these are mainly pros for me. Restaurant is cleaner with a much better ordering system. Food has always been pretty consistently good, but you can tell there are also some changes in the back that are making the overall experience better. I had a sandwich I've never had previously, the fried chicken sandwich. Epic. Pickles are the nice thick and crunchy ones, not the cheap flimsy and flavorless. The chicken was high quality. The fries, which I've had hundreds of times, were better than previous. I prefer a fully cooked fry. This was hit or miss before, I've been served many soggy ones here. Bunhuggers is a Flagstaff staple, so I'm happy to see these changes for the better. We will definitely come more often now.
